100% Buy:  Sports/School Memory-Mate Program

With this program, the organization agrees to have all members take part in the photo session. This group approach qualifies you for volume discounts on our most popular product — the Memory Mate. Each member receives an 8x10 page featuring your club logo, their individual photo, and their team or group photo. Instead of billing each member separately, we invoice the organization for everyone photographed.

Location

We offer flexible photo session options and can shoot in a variety of on-site settings. The majority of our sports/school partners choose to have their photos taken at their own locations for convenience and to capture the members in their environment. Whether on the field, in the gym, or at your facility, we bring the setup to you for a smooth and professional photo experience.

Photo Design

At each session, we’ll take several individual photos of each member, in different poses. We’ll also take extra shots to create a "composite" group photo.

Pricing-  Club Pre Buy
  The Club is charged $20 per athlete per Memory Mate printed.

OPTION #2

Hourly Pay + Parent’s Purchasing  

Organizations agree to pay a flat rate $175 (3 hr booking) to $225 (4 hr booking) to have photographer come out 

Clubs agree to have all their players (from all teams) attend photo sessions. Organizations agree to provide spreadsheet data with all players information (first name, last name, team, coach).

Parents are then provided with the option to purchase products directly from the photographer via online order system.
